Eagle Ridge - Semi=Private

Eagle Ridge Golf Club(public) 565 Competition Road Raleigh, NC 27603 (919)661-6300 No two holes are similar, and each has its own desired approach for maximum success. Various elements are used to alter, restrict, reward or "shape" the shots played. Sequence, variety and sophistication of the design place different demands on a golfer. Eagle Ridge's design asks each golfer for their best effort to be successful, yet it allows for a "safe play" if the player's ability cannot meet the challenge.Secondly, the views throughout the course work as a theme. Spectacular elevation changes, and tree lined fairways mark this layout as "unmatchable" in many ways. The routing and shaping of this facility's fairways and greens create the proper drainage, air movement and sunlight for "fine" turf. The greens and tees are very large in order to provide maximum freedom with tee and pin positions. These factors "reward" positive results.
